It all started at a friend's wedding — one of those smaller, beautifully intimate celebrations that just felt right. She had rented the cutest little trailer, a close friend was behind the bar, and the whole vibe was relaxed, personal, and full of heart. No overpriced vendors, no restrictions — just her vision, her people, and a space that brought it all to life. I remember thinking: This is what it should feel like. Why aren't more celebrations this simple, this affordable, and this personal?

That spark never left me. And when a horse trailer project I was pouring my heart into hit an unexpected roadblock, I found myself at a crossroads — and The Cedar Wagon Co. was born. Sometimes the detour is the destination.

Sweet Sip

You bring everything — the alcohol and all the supplies (napkins, straws, ice, cups, garnishments, mixers). We simply show up and serve!
2 cocktails + 2 beers + 2 wines
We handle the serving so you can relax and enjoy the party!
The Grand Pour

You purchase the alcohol, and we take care of everything else — supplies, alcohol pickup, setup, and serving.
